The 3Form semi-industrial dough filling machine is capable of producing approximately 1800 baguettes or other units of bread production or 6000 rolls per hour. It allows you to evenly stretch the dough pieces, and also helps to maintain high quality dough due to the gradual 3-stage molding. It also allows you to cut baguettes into 2, 3 or 4 pieces and rolls thanks to the patented RollsCoup 'system. This machine cuts baguettes, which are still in the molding machine, in order to avoid the formation of cracks. Moreover, the RollsCoup 'automatic bun slicer system does not leave any waste, which helps prevent unnecessary loss of dough, while also facilitating the production process.
