Application: The washing and separating machine is intended for washing potatoes, carrots, beets and other root crops. Principle of action: Root crops intended for washing and separating from stones fall into the drum-separator of stones through the filling trough. The stones fall to the bottom of the drum and are transmitted by internal spirals to the basket. The basket rotates with the drum and with the help of grabs throws stones on the gutter of ejection of stones. A further process of washing vegetables is carried out at the rear of the structure. As a result of sifting through the paws, mutual friction and exposure to water, the litter enters through the grating bottom into the groove, from where it is continuously removed with a scraper knife. The peeled vegetables are transferred to the final conveyor, from where they are transported from the machine.
