Premise: The digester is used for cooking, scalding and storing fat. Design:: the device is made of stainless steel, the double-walled system for ensuring a uniform temperature of the feed material protects from “burning” the product and guarantees low energy consumption, microprocessor control for adjusting the temperature of the feed material, oil casing, temperature sensors inside the loaf, and the time the boiler is turned on. An insulated bottom, side walls, a lid, dismountable shelves for smoking sticks, an exhaust valve, a mouth for filling water are part of the standard equipment. We can select the dimensions of the boiler and equipment in accordance with the individual wishes of the Client. Heating options: electric, gas burner, oil burner or steam heating [Max .. pressure 0.5 bar].
