Application: The machine is equipment for injecting brine into the muscles of meat with bone and without bone. Features: depending on the purpose, the injectors are equipped with the appropriate tool: - Stainless steel conveyor with red meat or Plastic conveyor for poultry meat, - Rotary pump or centrifugal pump, - one set of needles with a diameter of 4 mm - a salt tank with a filter system. Additionally, the injector can be equipped with a mechanical drum-type filter slot: FNK. The injector uses quick changeable needles: - Single Ø4 mm, for injection of red meat on the bone or without bone; - Double 2x Ø3 mm, for injection of poultry meat on or without bones; - Quad 4x mm Ø2, for injection cooking boneless meat; - Single Ø4 mm, for very thick emulsion injections.
