CFT unloading and transportation

This system was developed to meet the urgent needs of the tomato and fruit processing industry. The product can be received in boxes, buckets or also in trucks. In the latter case, unloading occurs by filling the truck body with water from adjustable hoses; Leaking water carries the product along with it. The product is separated from the water using an inclined grate, which leads to its rolling into an inclined gutter with cleaner water, through which the product moves to the production lines. This set of equipment includes a chain scraper conveyor (redler) for the automatic removal of stones, dirt and foreign bodies.
