Olimpic Pasteurizer is a plate heat exchanger for preheating, pasteurizing and cooling liquid products such as dairy products, beer and drinks. Olimpic Pasteurizer consists of a section of corrugated metal plates with openings for the passage of two liquids between which the heat exchange takes place. The plate section is tightened between the fixed frame plate and the push movable frame plate using intermediate rods. The plates are provided with gaskets that isolate the channels between the plates and guide the fluid into alternating channels. The number of plates is determined by the heat transfer capacity, the physical properties of the liquids, and the thermal program.
