The creator is the manufacturer of the TI-1500 brand. The creators are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the outer lining is 2 mm (AISI 304), the bottom is made without a skirt, a panel shirt occupies 80% of the inner bulb. Thermal insulation is made of reinforced mineral wool with waterproofing. The creator’s manufacturer is a three-wall insulated container, the inner container of which is made in the form of a double-O, which avoids stagnant zones when cutting and kneading the product. The distance between the lyres is 30-60 mm, the lyres are vertical (longitudinal). For cutting and kneading the product, there are two universal cutting-kneading tools (RVI), which are a frame with knives and a freely fixed mixer. When the cutting-kneading tool rotates in one direction, the clot is cut, the mixer at the same time leans back in the direction of rotation and works like a knife. When rotating in the opposite direction, the mixer is pressed against the knives and kneads the product. The electric drive of the cutting-kneading tool is equipped with a frequency converter, which allows you to smoothly adjust the speed of rotation.
