Universal milk tank TMU-630 (VDP)

Universal milk tank (TMU) - is designed for pasteurization and technological heating of milk (cream and other liquid products), preparation of industrial starter culture on pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria, as well as for mixing multicomponent compositions in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries. It consists of a shell, three cooling (heating) jackets, a cover, a bottom, thermal insulation, cladding, a hatch and supports. Two shirts are welded to the sides of the shell, and the third is on the bottom. The shell is welded from stainless steel sheet AISI 304 (08X18H10). The shirt consists of two sheets of stainless steel welded together by spot microplasma welding and inflated by a high pressure compressor. The bottom can be flat, inclined. As insulation, sheet foam polystyrene or foamed polyurethane can be used, the thickness of the insulation is calculated depending on the temperature conditions. The lining is made of AISI 304 steel with a thickness of 1.5-2 mm, and is hermetically welded to shoulder straps. Hatches can be located on the top cover (top) or on the side of the shell. The standard equipment of ТМУ includes: gearmotor with stirrer, washing head, temperature sensor, adjusting supports, sling loops. Options: level gauge, sight glass with backlight, sample probe tap.
