Vane-type vacuum mixer RX-1250 is designed for quick and accurate mixing of minced meat in the production of sausages at a meat factory. The device uses a dual system of mixing blades that allow you to accurately and evenly mix all the ingredients of the stuffing. The device has variable speed sides of the mixers, as well as a variable mixing speed. An additional advantage of the machine is the integrated mast lift (option) for loading trolleys with minced meat with a capacity of 200 liters made of stainless steel. The machine is completely made of stainless steel, which provides cleaning of the machine.
