• The machine is designed for the continuous production of round pancakes (diameter specified by the customer), pancake diameter: from 100 to 550 mm. The thickness of the pancakes is determined by the consistency of the dough; • The baking temperature is adjustable. The machine is equipped with a test tank with a capacity of 50 liters • Operating principle: the dough is pumped (installed on the machine frame) into a special tray located under the baking drum, sticks to the heated drum and, having made a revolution, is removed from the drum by a horizontal knife adjacent to it; • The machines are made of stainless steel and comply with all modern safety standards
