The MOLDING MACHINE is designed for molding fruit bars, the basis of which are dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, apples) and a wide variety of additives - nuts, cereals, frozen berries, juice, candied fruits, etc. The machine allows you to put on a sheet or conveyor a different number of rows of products . If the technology of the production process involves cutting the bars in length after they are dried, then the mass is deposited on the sheet along its entire length. If there is no drying process, then the products are cut and set aside for a given length in several rows. The weight of the molded product is from 15 grams or more, which is determined by its cross section and length. The machine during operation allows you to quickly configure all the parameters on which the size and shape of the deposited products depends: the rotation speed of the mass feed rolls, the mass supply time, the speed of the sheet, the distance between the rows of products. All configured parameters can be stored in the controller memory for each type of output. The machine allows you to save up to 30 different recipes (if desired, the controller memory can be increased to save 90 recipes).
