Meat mixer Mix 150 and Mix 150 Lux completely made of stainless steel 12X18H10T is designed for mixing minced meat and other ground food products with components. Vertical loading and end unloading with screws make the machine convenient to operate. With small dimensions and weight, the machine provides high-quality mixing of a relatively large amount of minced meat. Kneading Capacity is equipped with a lid and two spiral augers or blades (optional), the rotation of the augers (blades) from individual gear motors (Lux model). The operator carries out the main technological process with manual control. Parts and assemblies are made of stainless steel. Gentle mixing of raw materials is carried out with the help of mixers, the execution of which can be auger or paddle.
