This equipment is intended for the production of sausages, sausages, sausages, sausage cheese, cottage cheese in tubes, etc. Rotary vacuum syringe is designed for portion filling of polymer and natural membranes with non-structural minced meat or other homogeneous product (pastes, cream cheese, cottage cheese, jam, etc.). The high product injection pressure provided by the rotation of the rotor with 12 movable blades, as well as the creation of a vacuum in the product supply zone, guarantee tight filling of the shells. The stuffing syringe is equipped with four lugs with a diameter of 14, 20, 38 and 54 mm, a vacuum gauge and a camera separator of media made of transparent plastic, designed to prevent the stuffing from getting into the vacuum path. It is possible to independently equip the syringe with a -044 (N) twisting device (provided that the syringe control unit is replaced with 047PBU) in order to obtain a -047P (N) syringe-twist model without delivering equipment to the manufacturer. The syringe is compatible and easy to assemble with industrial clippers of various brands. The syringe is made of food grade stainless steel.
