The Ishida Automatic Tray Buffer constantly fills the machine with trays stacked at the correct height. The total length of the buffer can be changed to suit your specific production tasks. By reducing the number of unforeseen situations (per hour or per shift) when refilling may be required, this equipment significantly reduces the need for labor. The rack and buffer can be supplied as additional options to the Tray Sampling Equipment, and they can also be equipped with a no-tray / low-level tray signal.
