Horizontal flow-packer Ulma FM 500

The new horizontal packaging machine is designed for packaging in a modified gas environment (MGS) and allows you to pack up to 250 products per minute. It is mainly focused on the market of meat products, cheeses, finished products and pastries, ensuring the safety of products regardless of the use of MGS in packaging or not. The machine is equipped with a transverse welding station "Long Dwell". Due to the long welding time and the rotating "Long Dwell" mechanism, tight packaging is achieved at high productivity. The FM 500 model is designed to meet all the hygiene requirements for equipment in production, using high-strength and waterproof materials, which helps to reduce the accumulation of dirt. The FM 500 is controlled by an industrial PC with a 10-inch HMI touch screen and graphical visualization for easier operator use.
