Lining and stationary truck scales up to 150 tons RW

Portable underlay automobile scales of the RW-10 type are intended for weighing automobile transport. They can be used for weight control of axle loads, commercial accounting of various materials, and control over the movement of vehicles through checkpoint zones. The wear-resistant cast aluminum platform, hard rubber bevels and stainless steel sensors are able to withstand any vehicle, which makes it possible to operate the scales in the most severe conditions. The mass of the car is determined by the load on each wheel, followed by summation. A set of scales is installed on the prepared site in 30 minutes. Due to its low weight, the scales can be installed without the use of lifting devices by one person. For weighing, a set of two weighing pads is used. When weighing, it is necessary to carry out the sequential installation of each axis of the vehicle on weighing platforms. To increase the accuracy of weighing, it is recommended to use the optional set of passive platforms.
