Filleting Machine CHHDVS-1

A machine for opening the abdominal cavity and removing the head, spinal bone, abdominal bones and vacuum removal of the viscera. The machine is designed to open the abdominal cavity, remove the head, spine, abdominal bones and vacuum removal of the insides. There are 2 types of machines: the first type is designed for small fish (capelin, goby, etc.); the second type is for medium-sized fish (Spanish mackerel, mackerel, etc.). The machine processes large enough volumes in a short time, the extraction of entrails occurs without opening the abdominal cavity, while the shape of the fish remains unchanged. One and two-mode operation of the machine are provided.
