The raw materials (bird carcasses or parts thereof) pre-cooled to a temperature of 0 ... 40 C are loaded into the press hopper, from where they are fed by a screw to a boning head, where the raw materials are separated into meat mass, extruded through grooves in a set of separating rings placed in the body, and bone residue removed from the side hole in the flange of the boning head. The press is made of steel with a high content of chromium and nickel (12X18H10T), which is acceptable for contact with food products. The press has been successfully operated at poultry farms for several decades due to successful design solutions, careful selection of materials and components, there has not been a single case of equipment failure according to cause irreversible structural wear.
