A manual device for cutting legs, necks, wings (secateurs) serves to trim legs, necks or wings from bird carcasses during slaughter. A fundamental element in the structure of the secateurs is a pneumatic drive equipped with scissors made of specially hardened stainless steel. The type and size of the scissors is designed so that the pruning shears can be used for cutting elements of birds of different sizes during slaughter (elements of turkey, chicken, ducks, goose). Compressed air is supplied to the secateurs by a pneumatic hose, which previously passes through the filter and gearbox, which ensure the correct and reliable operation of the secateurs.
