Line for manual cutting and deboning of poultry carcasses

The conveyor with cone holders is designed for manual cutting and deboning of poultry carcasses. Its productivity depends on the dimensions of the line, the number of workers and parts into which the carcasses need to be divided. The staff is staggered on both sides. For the convenience of the deboners, we produce individual supports for the legs, which allow us to sit at a convenient level for work. The equipment and accessories are made of AISI 304 steel. Installation of outlet conveyors is possible for transporting waste parts along / across the line. The engine power of the units reaches 1.5 kW, the frequency of the alternating current is 50 Hz. On one running meter of the line it is possible to place up to 3 employees from two parties.
