Machine B 600 in a fully automated mode grinds, removes burrs and polishes up to 80 cutter knives (500 l) per shift. Up to 16 cutter knives are placed in the knife cassette. The knife changer automatically moves the cutting tools from the cartridge to the sharpening position. Sharpening programs, as well as their new versions, are transmitted via the Internet, regardless of where the sharpening machine is located in the world. The process of sharpening a loaded cassette is fully automated and does not require human intervention. With each re-sharpening, the entire blade is machined, and the upper side of the knife is polished again. The machine removes about 1.5 g of material in one pass. A 500 liter cutter knife can be regrind up to 100 times. Depending on the model, the machine has up to 5 grinding axes with computer control. Types of knives: flat machine knives with crescent and straight blades can be sharpened. The maximum size is 600 x 400 mm with a weight of up to 5 kg.
