The smoke cooler of the ODU series is intended for completing universal complexes of thermal smoke treatment of meat and fish products with the function of cold smoking. The equipment allows you to maintain the optimal technological mode of heat treatment. As the coolant, “ice” water is used, cooled in the built-in heat exchanger. The temperature of the coolant is maintained automatically. It is completed with Aspera refrigeration unit.
