Large wood chips are poured into a special hopper and automatically set on fire. Constant blowing controls the process of smoldering chips. The tedding mechanism removes ash and provides fresh wood chips. Using the settings of the tedding intervals, you can change the intensity of the smoke into the chamber. In this way, saturated smoke is produced, which gives the product a beautiful color, good taste and pleasant aroma.
