Alco batter machine, type ADT

The alco machine for applying tempura (batter) to the product, type ADT, is a multi-purpose machine. Particularly suitable for application on the product of media that are not pumpable by a pump, for example: thick liquid breading materials, tempura and marinades. The product, using the upper and lower conveyor belts, passes through a bath with liquid breading or marinade. With this technology, breading media are not pumped and therefore remain intact. The unit is equipped with a separate rotary unloading conveyor so that excess breading material does not fall onto the next machine. To adjust the temperature of the tempura, the unit is equipped with a surplus cutter that removes (blows off) surplus breading material from above and below the product. The speed of the entire belt conveyor system is continuously adjustable using a frequency converter. Installation is very convenient for sanitation. No machine parts need to be removed to clean the machine. The upper conveyor belt as well as the feed and unloading conveyors can be tilted to the sanitation position without using auxiliary tools using the rotary system.
