The LM-98A automatic meat grinder is equipped with two engines, one for grinding minced meat, and the second for mixing cranked meat, for example, in the manufacture of sausages of the Frankfurt or Balkan type. Thanks to special openings in the top cover of the meat grinder, the operator is able to visually observe the quality of mixing and add the necessary ingredients without stopping the engine. Options include a hand-held forcemeat dispenser, various diameter pins for filling the sausage casing and a foot pedal of the drive.
