The conveyor machine BXM 554 K1 is suitable for continuous horizontal slicing of strata from meat for the manufacture of gyros, kebabs and slicing stews from bacon. The thickness of the meat layers is steplessly adjustable up to 8 mm. Depending on the purpose of use, the BXM K1 model offers various individual installation options, for example with an EII receiving tank, with an additional side outlet conveyor, or as part of a single line consisting of max. 5 cars.
