The vacuum apparatus is equipped with a stirrer with scrapers for constant mixing of the product during boiling. The vacuum apparatus consists of a working tank and a shirt. Heating can be as electric - TENovy (in a shirt water or oil) or steam. Vacuum evaporator is thermally insulated to keep heat in the working chamber. At the request of the Customer, a boiler can provide a pressurized loading hatch and a sampler. Cooking time and temperature conditions are set and maintained in automatic mode.
