The tunnel pasteurizer is designed for continuous heat treatment. Used for pasteurization of pickles, fruits, jams, sweet peppers, concentrates, creams, pastes, sauces, ketchups, peeled tomatoes, vegetables in oil and other food products. Description of the process: Arriving containers from the incoming conveyor are fed into the machine, the cans are moved through the tunnel by a modular polypropylene tape. The movement speed of the modular belt is controlled by the inverter. Containers go through the following stages: - Irrigation with water at 950C: achieved in a heat exchanger. - Irrigation with water at 50-600С and at 30-400С is achieved by mixing water, thermostats maintain the set temperature by regulating the steam supply, to the set values. - Irrigation with water at 15-200C - supply of clean water. When the processing comes to an end, the cans reach, located along one line, the exit conveyor, moving at different speeds, allowing the containers to be accumulated and set up in parallel, and sent to the next machines.
