The tunnel oven, CONDY-V confectionery is intended for baking sugar cookies, as well as various varieties of cookies, gingerbread cookies and other confectionery and butter products. The furnace is manufactured both with a double chain conveyor and the installation of metal perforated trays on it, and using a mesh conveyor belt (PST). The oven consists of several baking chambers (at least three), a drive table, a tension table, an exhaust system, a microprocessor automatic control panel and is designed for continuous round-the-clock operation. In each baking chamber, tubular electric heaters (TEN) are installed on top and bottom. The control and installation of the required temperature and power distribution of the upper / lower heating elements in each baking chamber are independent, with the display of the control panel.
