A machine for kneading and extruding dough, including egg, for molding products of various sizes. The body is covered with paint resistant to mechanical stresses, the bowl and kneading hook are made of stainless steel, the screw is made of brass / bronze alloy, the bowl has a safety microswitch on the cover, models MPF4N and MPF8N are equipped with an extrusion zone cooling system as standard. Optional equipment: Electronic pasta slicer for MPF2.5N (included as standard on MPF4N and MPF8N), rack (included as standard on MPF8N). Accessories: dies made of brass / bronze alloy of various formats.
