Pasta press

Pasta press is part of automatic lines designed for the production of short-cut pasta of various shapes. The pasta press performs metered mixing of flour with water for subsequent continuous kneading of the dough in a vacuum and feeding the ripened dough to the forming head of the press with the matrix installed in the desired configuration. Molded products are cut with a mechanical knife to achieve the required length of the dough piece. The knife speed is regulated by a frequency converter.
