Due to the fact that the accuracy of fitting the gutter and cone is very high, pinching off pieces of dough practically does not occur. The cone and rounding channel are coated with Teflon. There are two types of rounding agents: lubricated and non-lubricated. Each of them, respectively, can be of three types: K; M; G. Options for the rounding agent without lubrication: - Inlet conveyor; - The diverting cross conveyor; - The discharge conveyor with a dropping cone; - Blowing warm air; - The frequency regulator of the speed of rotation of the cone; - Flour dipper; - Self-propelled flour loader (only in combination with a discharge conveyor).
