It is intended for kneading a different assortment of yeast and yeast-free dough: - with a low moisture index (lamb, ravioli); - for the production of confectionery (sugar, long cookies, biscuits; gingerbread cookies, etc.). The machine has two Z-shaped cast stainless kneading bodies rotating at different speeds. The trough of the machine has a water jacket for cooling or heating the kneading mixture.
