Small-piece dough-cutting machine is designed to divide the dough from the highest grades of wheat flour into equal pieces. The principle of operation is as follows. The dough from the injection chamber by two rolls is fed into the cylindrical pocket of the internal drum of the dividing head, the piston, while in the lowest position. When the inner drum rotates through 180 degrees, the piston as it moves from the lower extreme position to the upper one is pushed out by the test to the lower extreme position. The cylindrical chamber is again filled with dough, and the pushed out dough with cutting rolls is dumped onto the conveyor. For one revolution of the inner drum, two pieces of dough are measured.
