This mixer demonstrates excellent performance, in particular good dispersion with the formation of air bubbles of the same size, evenly distributed in the mass, in a relatively short time. The speed of rotation of the blade (whisk) from 90 to 300 revolutions per minute. Due to the complex movement of the whisk (with a greater frequency around its axis and less around the axis of the tank), the process of mixing the whipped mass with flour and other ingredients is carried out quickly enough, avoiding delaying the dough. The mixer has three degrees of protection: a raised grate, a lowered bowl, and a bowl overload with the product 3 nozzles in the kit: tail, whisk, spatula.
