The casting machine AK-1021 is designed for molding marmalade and candy masses (fondant, liquor, fruit, jelly, dairy, such as "Cow") by the casting method. Casting is carried out both in destructible forms prepared from starch and silicone forms. The casting machine is a welded bed on which are mounted: a dosing head with a hopper for the product; piston and spool drive mechanisms; stamping mechanism with a gear motor; a periodically moving chain conveyor with a drive and a tension drum. The pistons and spool are driven by a gear motor through a chain drive. To maintain the set temperature of the product in the hopper, the machine is equipped with an automatic heating and recirculation system. To prevent sticking of the pistons in the housing, an irrigation system is installed above the pistons. A tap is installed to adjust the flow rate of the supplied water. A tray is installed under the pistons to collect excess water. The machine is equipped with a power switchboard and control panel. The AK-1021 casting machine also makes it possible to produce chocolates by casting into polycarbonate molds.
