Technological line for the production of marmalade and sweets with fondant and jelly cases The line is designed for the manufacture of fruit marmalade and sweets by casting in silicone molds. The equipment is produced with a capacity of 150 kg / h, 300 kg / h, 500 kg / h. The technology for the production of marmalade by casting in silicone molds (starch-free casting) makes it possible to produce marmalade, fondant and jelly varieties of sweets, excluding the preparation and drying of starch, stamping cells and blowing candy bodies from the traditional process. Depending on customer requirements, AKMALCO ENGINEERING produces casting machines with one or two bins for single-color or two-color marmalade production lines. Silicone molds allow you to get products of any shape with a more accurate geometry than destructible forms when casting in starch. Silicone molds are made in standard versions: rectangular, square, oval and round cells for candy and marmalade cases, as well as more complex ones at the request of the customer.
