At the exit from the cutting, cestilene chippers are installed that do not allow the cut strips of the product to rise up. Circular knives are equipped with wiper blades. A removable tray for collecting scraps is installed under the knives. The stretching mechanism (distributing conveyor) serves to separate the formation, cut lengthwise, into separate strips along the cut line. The cut product enters the feed conveyor after disk cutting. moreover, each strip of the product lies on a separate tape. Diverging from each other along the conveyor, the conveyor belts push apart the cut product strips. Guillotine-type cutting (transverse cutting) with conveyors is designed to cut product strips into individual products and transfer them to subsequent technological operations. By changing the speed of the engine and the amount of eccentricity, you can adjust the size of the finished product.
