The machine is designed for applying cylindrical (tubular) labels made of polymer films capable of sitting at a certain temperature onto bottles or cans. The process of fixing the label on the bottle is divided into two stages: putting the label on the bottle and its subsequent shrinkage in the steam / thermotunnel thermotunnel. Shrink labels in comparison with traditional types of labels have the ability to take the geometric shape of bottles of any complexity when heated, tightly fitting the surface during shrinkage. The machine automatically performs the following technological operations: - bottle transportation; - separation of the continuous flow of bottles; - preliminary unwinding of the sleeve; - broach sleeves for the length of the label; - cutting off the label blank from the sleeve; - putting on the label on the bottle; - centering the label in height on the bottle; - shrink labels in the steam tunnel.
