The press is ideally suited for the production of small batches of high-quality wine material, especially in cases where it is necessary to obtain a product for which characteristics such as aroma and transparency are important factors. Designed for pressing whole grapes, crushed grapes, separated from ridges and crushed grapes, as well as for pressing fermented pulp. The press has several programs and a large selection of pressing parameters. The advantages of using a press are - soft impact on the product; - the content of coarse suspensions in the wort usually does not exceed 100 ml / m3; - the absence of polyphenols in the wort; - convenient and ergonomic service.
