The base of the CUTMIX series machines is a robust, rigid cast iron bed with a console for supporting the knife shaft. For each cutter size, it is individual. Cast iron statin in combination with a massive stainless steel lining perfectly withstands the stresses that arise when the machine is running. It dampens mechanical vibrations, and the noise level is minimized with the help of a double-walled soundproofing cover of knives and a soundproofing cover.
