The whole skinning machine with scaffolds is attached to the floor. Skinning works on the principle of winding the skin onto a drum with its own drive. Correct fastening of the front limbs of the cattle and the angle of the chains makes it possible to tear the skin without breaking it and fracturing the spine. Two people are needed for proper skinning. Skinning works on two permanent platforms. The platforms can be equipped with a washbasin and a knife sterilizer.
