Contherm® Scraper Heat Exchanger

The Contherm® Scraper Heat Exchanger is designed for hygienic heating and cooling of viscous, sticky and inhomogeneous food. Such a heat exchanger can work with a wide variety of environments. The product is fed from the bottom of the vertical heat exchanger and passes through the cylinder. The product is constantly mixed and removed from the cylinder walls with scrapers. The coolant and the refrigerant circulate in the annular chamber between the heat transfer cylinder and the thermally insulated jacket.
