Complete line for the production of frozen semi-finished French fries

We make equipment and complete lines for the production of frozen semi-finished products (billets) of French fries. The productivity of the semi-finished product line is agreed with the Customer. The whole complex of equipment is made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Technical specifications and cost of equipment will be announced at the official request of the Customer. We do not manufacture shock freezing chambers. Customer purchases independently. The basic equipment of the line includes: • Reception bath for soaking root crops; • Drum type washer; • Machine for peeling potatoes; • Brush and drum washer; • Inspection bulkhead table; • Machine for cutting potatoes into “straws”; • Installation for rinsing “straws”; • Blancher with cooler; • Installation for drying “straws”; • Shock freezer. Final product: peeled, cut into strips, blanched, dried, frozen semi-finished potato fries.
