Manual bread slicer, designed for medium production. The maximum bread size for slicing is 330x480x180 mm, the slicing thickness is 10-13-16 mm. Scope: bakeries, pastry shops, fast foods, bakeries, catering establishments and other enterprises of various fields of activity. Principle of operation: The product for cutting is manually placed on the collecting tray or receiving conveyor and by means of the pressure conveyor enters the cutting zone. The knife-saws are attached to the frame, which consists of 2 parts moving in opposite directions. From the cutting zone, the product cut into slices enters the receiving table and manually moves to the packaging.
