A continuous brewing column is capable of processing 20-23 liters of mash per hour, the column can work almost without interruption, in general, the entire operation will be limited only by the presence of mash and steam in the steam generator. At the output, there will be raw alcohol with a strength of up to 50%, while the quality of raw alcohol is better than during normal distillation.
