This alambik turns the T500 or Grainfather into a distiller. Allows you to save the taste and smell of the primary distillation product in the resulting alcohol. This is useful to you in the production of various alcoholic beverages. The kit includes a digital thermometer, tubes and a set of adapters for connecting to the water supply. A copper alambic is installed instead of a stainless steel lid in the T500 or a glass lid in the Grainfather.
