The process of distillation or multiple evaporation occurs using a distillation column (distillation equipment) on special elements (nozzles). This type of distillation column is intended: For the isolation of light fractions of various substances, by the method of rectification (separation of liquid mixtures into practically pure elements with different boiling points, by repeated evaporation and condensation of vapors), followed by distillation, as well as aroma separators, to remove odors from food products. Technical characteristics of the column: 1. The column is made of food grade A-2 stainless steel (04X18H10; 12X18H10) and ceramic nozzles 2. Productivity 4, 5-5 l per hour based on alcohol 96, 6% 3.
