Conventional boiler 320 liters

The boiler is designed to operate in a brewing order of 320 liters. Capacity made of 304 steel. The boiler is designed for wort hopping when brewing beer. It can also be used in distillation. Heating by air ten 3 * 3, 5 kW. An integrated revolving cooler allows the wort to be cooled without the need for submersible chillers. The cooler is easily dismantled from the clamp connections and easy to clean. It has no dead zones in which hops, malt, protein, and the remains of cooking products can get stuck. A pump is required for forced circulation of the wort and the concentration of protein - and hop suspensions in the center of the vat. This pump also transfers wort to fermenters. In cooling mode, the pump accelerates the heat transfer process.
