Many would like to cool milk to 4 degrees Celsius, but it stops the cost of equipment for cooling, complicated installation, maintenance, etc. The equipment has a very long payback period for working on the farm. Using the pre-cooler, we do not get instant cooling, but we reduce the tank’s operating time by 2, or even 3 times. The pre-cooler does not require complicated installation, only a well with water is needed, with the help of which cooling will occur. Plus, the load on the compressor of the cooler tank is reduced. The biggest plus is the cost of equipment, it costs an order of magnitude (10-15 times) cheaper. If necessary, this equipment can also be used when working with an ice water generator.
